Business counseling is available in
Benzie County every Thursday from 9am to 1pm at the Benzie County
Chamber of Commerce. Appointments can be made by calling the chamber at
(231) 882-5801.
Business counseling is provided at no cost by Bryce Dreeszen, Senior
Business Counselor with the Traverse Bay Economic Development
Corporation. Bryce will counsel both potential new businesses and
existing businesses on a range of issues including business and
marketing plans, cash flow projections, and loan proposals.
Bryce is well qualified to answer any business questions you may have.
Prior to moving to this area, he was the owner/operator of Wild Birds
Unlimited in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Prior to owning his own business,
Bryce was in sales and marketing management positions with the
InSinkErator Division of Emerson Electric. He has a BS in chemical
engineering from Iowa State University, and a MS in finance from the
University of Wisconsin-Madison.
